1 General information on data processing

Your personal data is processed by Odelga Med Engineering GmbH (controller). We take the protection of personal data very seriously. We ask you to read the following privacy policy carefully.

We regularly take precautions and adapt our security measures to the latest legal and technical changes. In accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR), we have taken technical and organizational measures to treat your personal data confidentially.

We expressly point out that the transmission of data on the Internet (for example by e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties can not be guaranteed. We can not assume any liability for the damages caused by such security gaps.

2 Scope

We process and store personal data that you send us online (e.g. via contact form, e-mail, etc.) or offline (e.g. by post, at events such as trade fairs, etc.). The use of our website is possible without providing personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information we collect.

3.1 Contacting us

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, all data provided (e.g. name, address, bank details, contact information, message text, application documents) will be used for processing your inquiry and responding to you.

The data processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art 6 sec 1 b GDPR) and for the purposes of our legitimate interests to answer your inquiries (art 6 sec 1 f GDPR).

The data provided will be kept as long as your inquiry has been answered and stored for an additional period of six months in order to deal with follow-up questions.

3.2 Data logging

By visiting our website, information about accessing this website (IP address, date, time, page visited, browser type, version, operating system status code) is stored on the server. Such information is collected for statistical evaluation and monitoring. After the visit the IP addresses are no longer stored, so that it is no longer possible to identify a specific person.

3.3 Cookies and Tracking

4 Storage duration of your data

We have concluded a data processing contract with all data processors to ensure that your personal data is processed according to all legal requirements.

Our employees are obliged to keep the data confidential according to § 6 Data Protection Act (DSG) and Art. 28 (3) DSGVO in the current version.
